M-Selen

Pay directly from your M-Selen mobile money account for a fast and convenient checkout.

  1. Select "M-Selen" as your payment method at checkout.
  2. Enter your M-Selen registered phone number.
  3. You'll receive a payment request on your phone.
  4. Confirm the payment using your M-Selen PIN.
  5. Once confirmed, your order will be processed.

Bank Transfer (Vendors Paid Directly)

Transfer payment directly to the vendor's bank account. This method ensures vendors receive payment immediately upon confirmation.

  1. Select "Bank Transfer" as your payment method at checkout.
  2. You'll receive the vendor's bank account details and a unique payment reference.
  3. Make the transfer using your online banking or at a bank branch.
  4. Upload proof of payment or notify the vendor directly.
  5. Your order will be processed once the vendor confirms payment receipt.

Cash on Delivery

Pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep. Available for orders under SBD 5,000.

  1. Select "Cash on Delivery" as your payment method at checkout.
  2. Your order will be processed and prepared for delivery.
  3. Pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery person when you receive your order.
  4. You'll receive a receipt for your payment.

There is no minimum order value for Cash on Delivery, but this payment method is only available for orders under SBD 5,000.

How long does it take to process bank transfer payments?

Since bank transfers go directly to vendors, processing time depends on when the vendor confirms receipt. Most vendors process orders within a few hours of payment confirmation.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you'll be notified immediately and given the option to try again with the same or a different payment method. Your order will not be processed until payment is successful.
