  • Clear availability and stock levels

  • Honest condition statements

Return Policy Compliance

  • Accept all valid returns within 24 hours of delivery
  • Review return requests within 24 hours
  • No restocking fees for defective items
  • Cover return shipping for items not as described
  • Issue refunds within 24 hours of receiving returned item
