Escrow System
All buyer payments are held in escrow to protect both parties:
- Payment received at purchase
- Held through delivery confirmation
- Additional 24-hour hold for return window
- Released to you after successful transaction
Payout Schedule
Payments processed regularly for all completed transactions where the escrow holding period has expired.
Holding Periods
- Physical products: Delivery confirmation + 24 hours
- Digital products: 24 hours after delivery
- Services: 24 hours after completion
- Disputed orders: Until dispute resolution
Payout Requirements
- Valid bank account required
- Funds transferred via 2checkout
- Tax forms provided annually (1099-K for US vendors)
Refund Handling
If a refund is issued after payout, the commission is deducted from future sales or your account balance.
Fee Changes
We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days advance notice.
